Quality Assurance and control
Motorsport Distributors Group guarantees all products are carefully checked for 100% quality assurance prior to shipping.
All items are carefully packed and sent in its original packaging.
Processing and delivery
Please allow three to five (3-5) working days for items ready to dispatch, and up to ten (10) working days for items that are ordered from the manufacturer/supplier.

Please note: During major events such as the Formula 1 Grand Prix, Bathurst 1000, Australian MotoGP, or major online promotions and peak retail times such as Christmas, orders may take up to ten (10) working days to be processed and shipped.
Large items or bulk orders may incur extra delivery fees and are calculated based on total weight (volumetric or actual – whichever is greater) of your order. Please note, this may include orders that have items such as umbrellas and track chairs as they may be required to be packaged separately.
Please note – you may include any delivery instructions in the notes section during checkout. Please be advised that while we can enter these into delivery instructions, we can not give guarantee that these actions will be followed as it is the delivery service who completes delivery.
Domestic delivery fees
Domestic delivery can be a standard rate of $9.50 and sent via Australia Post or Express $15.00 and orders are sent via StarTrack Express. You will receive a tracking number, via email, once your order is shipped.
Additional delivery fees – for Express service only
PO Boxes will incur an additional $10 per package fee.
Please note: Orders including pre-order or backorder items will be sent once we have received all items to avoid any extra postage fees. However, you may wish to have the available items in your order sent prior to their arrival for an additional fee.
International delivery fees
International deliveries are charged a flat rate of $35.00 and sent via UPS or StarTrack Express. You will receive a tracking number, via email, once your order is shipped. MDG will also track your package to ensure delivery. Feel free to email email@example.com for delivery status at any time.
Please note: International deliveries are subject to duties and taxes. It is your (the customer) responsibility for all duty and tax charges incurred for International shipments, we are not responsible for these charges.
If these charges are imposed, and are not paid for, your parcel will be abandoned and any monies paid will not be compensated or reimbursed.
MOTORSPORT DISTRIBUTORS GROUP
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately Motorsport Distributors Group cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This also includes purchases made using a discount code.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Pre order or back order items are items not yet in stock. By purchasing an item of this kind, you are securing an allocation of the item. Product listings will state the most recent ETA for delivery.
All items that are on pre order/back order will clearly state so in their product listing.
If in the same order, you have an item that is available now and a pre order, our policy is to hold all items until back order/pre order merchandise arrive, to save charging customers any additional postage fees. If you wish to receive the available items prior to this, please advise so we can organise the additional postage.
Model Car Pre Orders
A model may not be available for a number of months from the time it is listed on our store, as there is a lengthy process that models must undergo before, during and after production, such as approval from sponsors, shipping, and customs hold ups.
We depend on Model Manufacturers/Distributors to provide us with as much information as possible.
Price and ETAs are correct at listing, as advised by the manufacturing model company. Both are subject to change, which is governed by the distributor of the model, and not by our company. If we are notified of a price change by the manufacturer/distributors, we will be in touch with all customers to inform them of this. Any price difference must be actioned before any goods can be shipped out. You will not be asked to pay the price difference until the pre ordered stock has arrived in our warehouse.
We aim to keep you as updated as possible regarding ETA and possible price changes, as information becomes available to us from our supplier.
